Suitt48 is a contemporary apartment building consisting of 48 residential units, all contained within a single structure.
Designed and built by our team, the project reflects a modern approach with clean lines, bold horizontal elements, and striking blue glass balconies that give it both elegance and rhythm. The central glass stairwell not only enhances the building’s vertical circulation but also creates a transparent and light-filled core.
Each floor of the building offers thoughtfully planned units, maximizing natural light and efficient use of space.
Apartments are designed to provide both comfort and practicality, ideal for students, professionals, or small families. Every unit includes a private balcony, compact kitchen, and functional storage areas to support daily life with ease.

The interior design follows a minimalist and functional approach, incorporating light-colored surfaces and durable materials.
This ensures long-term usability while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Common areas such as corridors and the main entrance are enhanced with blue glass and natural lighting, creating a visually cohesive environment throughout the building.
Suitt48 stands as a fully completed architectural and construction project carried out by LZK Architecture.
From initial concept to construction supervision and final interior furnishing, every stage was managed in-house. This holistic process enabled us to deliver a high-quality and efficient building that meets modern urban living standards.
